Meg Ragland is the co-founder and president of Plum Print (www.plumprint.com). Plum Print transforms your children’s artwork into professional digital galleries, custom coffee table books and a suite of personalized gifts. Plum Print placed first at the 2015 Capital Connects and has raised a seed round of $1mm.

Plum Print was founded in New York in 2012, and the headquarters moved to Asheville, North Carolina in 2013. The company raised a seed round of $1M in 2015, led by Brooklyn Bridge Ventures and included investments from the Asheville Angels.
Before launching Plum Print, Meg was the senior health editor at Family Circle magazine. A seasoned editor and writer, Meg has been published in Glamour, Self, Fitness, Health, Marie Claire, Child, and the Boston Globe. She regularly appeared on morning television discussing health, nutrition, fitness, psychology and parenting issues.
She’s the author of Get A Freelance Life, published by Random House. Meg sits on the board of the University of North Carolina Asheville Department of Management and Accountancy and the YMCA of Western North Carolina, and also serves on the Stewardship Committee at Central United Methodist Church and the Parent Teacher Organization at Claxton Elementary School, all in Asheville. Meg grew up in upstate New York, graduated from Cornell University and now lives in Asheville with her husband and three children.
