Steadman Harrison III with Center for Creative Leadership is the founder of GoInnovation. He has teamed with Flywheel's own Steve Beck to create a leadership development company that helps startups and large corporations design and deliver custom, research-based leadership solutions. Steadman spent twenty-two years with the Center for Creative Leadership, opening their Europe-Middle East-Africa office in Addis Ababa and pioneering Leadership Beyond Boundaries, a movement that brought affordable, accessible, and scalable leadership development to 500,000 people over 5 years. 

He remains a Senior Associate with CCL. Steadman is passionate about facilitating dialogue-driven learning experiences capable of transforming individuals, groups, organizations,and whole societies. He and his wife Alyssa live in Tupelo, Mississippi, with their three sons. 

Steve Beck has served in organizational leadership for over 20 years, personally experiencing both the barriers and the breakthroughs of interpersonal, workplace and community conflict. He loves helping individuals, families, businesses and organizations resolve conflicts and build relational skills in a wide variety of cultural, socioeconomic, educational and religious settings. A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and Reformed Theological Seminary, he and his family are currently based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
