Hi StartupGrind community, As Medellín grows as a hub for founders and remote professionals, I’m trying to map out which support services are still missing. One area I’ve been researching is on-demand health services for entrepreneurs and nomads, and I’m currently building a local solution for STD testing Medellín to help solve that gap — but I’d really like to gather broader community perspectives. A few questions for the group: What essential services do you think entrepreneurs still struggle to access here? Are health-related services (testing, checkups, English-speaking assistance, quick turnaround) something you consider important? What would make living and building here easier for newcomers? Looking forward to hearing insights from founders who’ve already navigated these challenges.
