As Medellín grows as a hub for founders and remote professionals, I’m trying to map out which support services are still missing. One area I’ve been researching is on-demand health services for entrepreneurs and nomads, and I’m currently building a local solution for STD testing Medellín to help solve that gap — but I’d really like to gather broader community perspectives.
