👥 Indie Hackers: surprisingly effective for finding founder-adjacent operators + engineers
🤖 AI Tools (Hireflow, Ashby, ChatGPT prompts): speed up sourcing, filtering, and messaging
Bonus hack: Create a simple “open-to-work landing page” with your projects + resume (Card, Notion, Github or Super work great). Then share it across LinkedIn, X, and startup communities - it travels fast!!!
