Mia Tepper is using her 2011 MBA from UCLA Anderson and stepped into her entrepreneurial debut in 2022 starting My Conscious Capital after running the family business for 30 years (growing it from 2 to 23 employees and $2.1M in revenue to $8.5M at the start of the pandemic). She and her husband moved to the Southbay almost 30 years ago where they raised four kids and are now enjoying empty nesting with revolving doors - they love visiting their kids in NYC, London, San Francisco and San Diego or back in LA when the kids come home to visit! Mia helps entrepreneurs prepare for success mentally, emotionally and physically with the right mindset and tools to set them up for life.
