Join us as we explore the story of Event Farm, including how Ryan pivoted his company to virtual in the wake of Covid-19.

At a time when there were virtually no platforms that could handle cloud-based event check-in, Ryan Costello set out to build a private tool to solve the challenges he faced with his own events in Washington, D.C. Since then, under his leadership, Event Farm has built a robust event and experiential marketing platform used by hundreds of organizations including dozens of fortune 500 companies. Along the way, Costello has become one of the industry's leading innovators. Most recently he led the product development effort for Event Farm's Experiential platform (EFx) that creates the most engaging interactive event experiences available on the market. He is a self proclaimed design fanatic and his obsession with user experience has become a distinct competitive advantage of the company's offerings. He is a seasoned entrepreneur. Prior to Event Farm, he started and grew three different startups including one that sold in 2007. Costello graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Computer Science and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
This event will take place in VirBELA's Open Campus, a 3D virtual environment. Please allow a few minutes to get VirBELA set up and customize your avatar prior to the event.

2. Launch the application and customize your avatar.
3. If you have any trouble, consult the User Guide.
4. Once you enter the campus, click "GO TO" and select "Conference Hall."
