He started his first company, Simplicity Creations in 2012 which was focused on delivering product development services to clients globally. Simplicity Creations got acquired by iLink Systems in Jan 2020. iLink Systems is a global consulting company delivering next generation digital transformation solutions.

After getting acquired Rushikesh is now CEO of IoT Business in iLink Systems. Rushikesh is an IoT enthusiast and comes from a technology background. Manging clients and teams across the globe, he focuses on client success and the global growth of the organization.
