Presented with AWS: 100X teams

Thursday, May 7, 2020, 5:00 – 6:00 PM UTC

#100XTeams is a platform to discuss ideas to help companies to be productive and make their team more efficient. We bring like-minded yet diverse individuals together to connect, learn, teach, help, build and belong. Some leaders divide. Some subtract. A few leaders add. But great leaders MULTIPLY.

About this event

Every company is unique and yet over the years, there are markers of success and anti-patterns.

This is a talk about some of the things Ashok has learned and seen, across companies at different stages in different domains both as a leader and as an advisor.

The magical formula in one environment may be fatally flawed in another and our assumptions as leaders need to be constantly re-examined.

This is about the tradeoffs analysis and experimentation, chaos and control, scaling communication, specialization, and full-stack and among customers finding the flocks and the black swan requirements.

This talk will focus on practices and interactions that Ashok has seen from engineering to product management to sales, business development, and marketing and how it transforms with the stage and domain of the business.

Needless to say, these are Ashok's learnings and he would love to discuss from some of you on where these observations align with yours and where they fall short.
