Bardia was founder of Business Catalyst which sold to Adobe in 2009. Previously, in 1997 Bardia founded Start ( Australia's first free email. The service became Australia's most trafficked website (Hitwise), and powered British Telecom's Genie service (now O2) in Germany and France, with millions of users globally. In December 1999 Looksmart (NASDAQ: LOOK) acquired Start.
