Interview with Matt Bullock, CEO & Founder of eWAY Matt has 17 years experience leading and developing eCommerce in APAC. He founded eWAY in 1998 to revolutionise the online payments industry even before online shopping was common. He saw a growing need for businesses to be able to accept credit cards online with the same ease, flexibility and security they had access to in their brick-and-mortar stores. Since then, he has followed his passion to help SME’s get online, reach their goals and expand. As a tech fanatic at heart, with a natural talent for management, Matt has built eWAY around two core aspects: being an innovative technological platform and providing best-in-class customer support. Matt provides strategic leadership to eCommerce businesses through a continuing search for technology innovations within the online payments industry. He is also eager about corporate philanthropy and has recently pledged 1% of eWAY’s equity, product and time to charity through pledge1percent.org.
